Fake P90X Videos- Don’t Get Scammed!

I have said it at least a hundred times to people but now I will say it again since the P90X piracy problem has made it on to Fox news. P90X costs $119.85. If you are buying on a website for a price lower $119.85 then it is a FAKE. The one exception would be if you have found a used copy somewhere and even then I still say beware. Make sure the disc’s are working properly and make sure you get the P90X nutrition guide and P90X work out guide.

When you purchase from this site you are buying directly from Beachbody. You get a money back guarantee and you get “me” as your buddy (coach) so whenever you have a question or just need a little pick me up to stay motivated I am just an email away. Beachbody is about people helping people and that is why you can’t find P90X in stores. When you have someone in your corner helping you out it sometimes gives you that extra edge to make sure you succeed in your fitness goals. Don’t get scammed and dish out $50 bucks for a pirated copy of P90X that you might never receive. Buy P90X from this site and buy with confidence. Create a free Beachbody account and use the tools there to track your fitness progress.

When you here the word military or military training you think of fitness.  Tony Horton wants to keep it that way and he wants to make sure that our great military has another awesome option to stay fit and in great shape.  There are millions of new recruits that would like to join the military but are too obese to do so or they can’t pass the PT test.  Hopefully P90X and Tony Horton’s efforts will make a difference.

Fitness is a lifestyle and that is what Tony Horton is trying to get across. It’s not just about getting in shape so you can pass the PT test. It’s about getting in shape and staying in shape for life.  Obesity rates in the military are on the rise so hopefully P90X will make a difference with in the military just as it has for so many other.

Can I Do P90X in My Apartment?

P90X Apartment Can I do P90X in my apartment?  The quick answer is Yes, you can absolutely do P90X in your apartment with a couple of caveats.  First I would suggest you read my post “How much space do you need to do P90X“?  This post will probably clarify everything for you but there are a few other things you should not over look when living in an apartment.

Dumbbells or resistance bands?

If you are on the second floor or above then this is something you will have to consider. During a work out like P90X Back and Biceps you will be doing a lot of curls and you will be putting down and picking up the dumbbells quite often.  Towards the end you might not be able to set them down nice and gently and therefore your neighbors below you will probably take you off their favorite person’s list. If you decide to use resistance bands instead of the dumbbells then you will not have to worry about this. Personally, I like the dumbbells but it is up to you.

How high are your ceilings?

This usually isn’t a problem but it is something to consider since you will be doing some jumping during P90X Plyometrics.  You don’t want to find your head in the middle of a ceiling fan.  Also, when you are doing your pull ups you want to make sure there is enough room above your door frame for your head. 99% of the time this will not be a problem but it is just something to think about.  I would also suggest reading “Do I really need a pull up bar when doing P90X“?  In this post you will see how you can substitute the pull up bar with the resistance bands and the kit you need to attach the bands to your door. Personally I always say to get the pull up bar but the choice is yours.

Do you have carpet or hardwood floors?

Doing P90X Plyometrics and all of the others P90X work outs will eventually take their toll on your carpet.  You don’t want to find yourself with extra charges for carpet since they will say that this is not normal wear and tear.  You can always get the work out square mats that you can piece together and put on top of your carpet.  These work great and I use them in the basement and do my work outs on them. I pieced together about an 8 x 10 section.  If you are on tile or hard wood you should be just fine but once again be careful if you are using dumbbells.  I would suggest some sort of padding or a piece of carpet to set them on.

Commitment

No matter where you live if, you commit to P90X you will have some great results.  Stick to the plan for the full 90 days and be sure to follow the P90X nutrition plan.  If you are wondering what to do after P90X check out “What’s next after P90X?

Nutrition

You will be pushing your body to the limit with P90X so it is very important to replenish it with as much nutrient dense food as possible.  Following the nutrition plan will get you there but if you feel like you are having a hard time getting your veggies then you might want to look into Shakeology.  Shakeology is a low calorie, nutrient dense shake that tastes like dessert.
