After 2 rounds of P90X and a round of Insanity I have put together some reasons why I love P90X.  Feel free to add a comment on why you love P90X.

1. I’m in the best shape of my life. My number one reason why I love P90X is the plain simple fact that P90X has opened my eyes to a whole new level of fitness and put me in the best shape of my life at 38 years old. I have always worked out and ran 3-4 time a week but I never have done anything like the workout in P90X. I would do curls, bench, squats, presses and all of the obvious stuff.  Then when I had to do Yoga, Plyometrics and a million push-ups I finally realized what I was missing.

2. I have no need for a gym membership. P90X is $119.85. Pretty cheap considering Lifetime Fitness is like $65 bucks a month and if you need the family plan it will be over $100 bucks a month. You will also need a trainer once or twice a week which could tack on another $60-$100 for that week depending on your trainer. When you buy P90X, Tony Horton is your trainer.

3. You don’t need thousand of dollars of fitness equipment. With P90X all you need are some dumbbells or resistance bands and a pull up bar and you will be just fine. There are a few other things you could use but they are not mandatory such as a Yoga block, yoga mat or a Plyo mat.

4.You can do P90X forever. People often ask “what do I do after my 90 days of P90X?”.  Do it again?  Up your intensity! P90X is a plan you can follow forever.

5. P90X Support. P90X is so popular now that you can find support in a variety of place. I’m right here. Just shoot me an email and ask away if you have a question. Becoming a Team Beachbody Coach, if it for you?  What’s involved in becoming a Beachbody coach?  What does a Beachbody coach do?  I often get questions like this from people wondering what is a Team Beachbody coach.  Let me give it to you in the simplest terms I can.  “People helping people”.  That’s it. We are plumbers, school teachers, lawyers, doctors, military personnel, yoga instructors, personal trainers and the list goes on and on and on. Beachbody Business Opportunity, why Beachbody chose network marketing as a distribution method.  First I would like to premise this post by saying that billionaires Warren Buffet, Donald Trump, Richard Branson and Bill Gates all have either invested in network marketing companies, started a network marketing company or use this is a distribution method for their product or services.  Now these guys are billionaires and I am pretty sure they didn’t get to this point by making bad financial decisions.  They all understand that network marketing is just another means of distribution for products and services that works very well since traditional marketing methods are losing ground.
