@Callie The pull up bar is designed to go above your door frame and you can order it here http://teambeachbody.com/shop/-/shopping/ChinUpBar?referringRepId=13165 and you will also need some resistance bands or dumbbells. Depending on how strong you are will determine what weight you will need. Most women are good with 5lbs to 20 lbs to get started. You can also use the bands to simulate pull ups with a door attachment. Also, flip open your P90X fitness guide and it will go over everything you need. Any other questions just let me know and be sure to let us know how it's going.

So starting the program tomorrow, super freaked out and not clear on the pull up bars and weights I need but I will be damned if I don't start tomorrow. Can anyone give me feedback as to what I need and how best to use it. Are the pull up bars you attach to a door frame hold well? I have an old house and I am concerned it wont hold. Please help!
Thanks, callie

@LeJuan The agility ladder is about 5 ft long and the jump rope is standard size. If you are doing it in the basement you probably would hit the ceiling with the jump rope so you might not be able to use it. I don't use it either since it hits my ceiling. That's ok though, you just simulate jumping rope. Works just fine. Show T shows you how in the video's. Don't forget to order it here http://www.decidetostayfit.com/blog/store-home/shaun-ts-insanity/insanity-the-asylum to get your free bonus work outs.

Make it a great day,

Did you do Power 90 or P90X?? There is only 1 P90X but there are 3 plans to choose from. Classic, doubles or lean version. I always suggest the Classic. P90X is extreme and if you like extreme cardio there is always Insanity and Insanity: The Asylum. Just click on the shop tab above to check them out. Also, since you are in the military I can show you how you can save some money and even turn you work outs into making money. Feel free to contact me for more details.

Just stick with the plan Liz. You do not have to worry about bulking up. You would have to work out for probably 3 hours a day to start bulking up. Take your measurements and then you will know for sure and try and stick with the nutrition plan.
