Shaun T is a well know trainer around the world and in the Beachbody community for his well known work outs Hip Hop Abs, Insanity and Rockin Body.  He was featured on the Dr. Oz show showing how to “tilt, tuck and tighten”.  Shaun T even got Dr. Oz to get up and shake his groove thing.
The Beachbody trainers have been getting a lot of press lately. Tony Horton, creator of P90X, Power 90 and many other work outs was featured on Fox News in Atlanta a few months ago.  Brett Hoebel was featured on Good Morning America and  gave viewers a look at his new work out Rev Abs.
