How to Take your Before Pictures Prior to P90X

As you can can see from the picture on the left that there are some drastic changes in these 2 pictures. Right? Well this is the reason that you need to take your before pictures before you start your journey with P90X.  You should also take your picture every 30 days and at the end of 90 days as well.  No matter what program you choose with Beachbody, taking you before picture is an important step.  In 90 days you will not be that person any more and you will see it best when you are able to see your pictures side by side.
