Insanity Workout Day 23: Cardio Power and Resistance
Day 23 with Shaun T’s Insanity is Cardio Power and Resistance. I am really starting to feel good now and I hope I am ready for the last 4 weeks of Insanity. Next week is a recovery week but for some reason I really think it will be anything but easy. I am really glad I started this Insane workout. Insanity has really taken my cardio to the next level. P90X is an awesome workout and my goal is to mix the two together but if you are really looking for some extreme cardio then Insanity is the way to go. Just be sure you are already in pretty good shape because Insanity is not for beginners. I know I have said it about 10 times already but I really want to stress this. If you start with the wrong exercise program it will only discourage you and hinder your future fitness success. So always be sure to start with something you know you you can handle. You can always work your way up to Insanity. If you are just starting out you might want to consider Slim in 6, Power 90 or Turbo Jam, then work your way up something a little more Insane. Why? Well, that is different for everyone. Your why is probably going to be different then mine. Maybe you want better heart health, maybe you want to look good naked, maybe your doctor said you need more exercise, maybe you want to lose some weight. You get the idea. What is your why? Focus on it and stay the course.
