Insanity Cardio Power and ResistanceDay 8 with Shaun T Insanity is Cardio Power and resistance.  I am yesterday was a rest day because I really needed it.  Needless to say, that break do not make todays workout any easier.  I figured after 7 days of sweating my but off, (literally) that this workout might be a little easier.  I was wrong. Still tough but in a good way. If you like to challenge yourself then Insanity is for you.  I also realized that I did not enough on Sunday so that might have made things a little more difficult since I probably did not have enough fuel to do my Insanity workout.  I completed everything but I know I could have dug a little deeper to bring the intensity.

My core is really feeling tighter.  Exactly what I am looking for.  Scale really hasn’t moved so this is a good thing as I do not want to lose any weight. Heck,if I gained a few pounds I really wouldn’t be to bent out of shape about it. (as long as it wasn’t in my stomach area) I also did the first round of P90X Chest and Back today before Insanity.  Not sure if that was a good idea or not.  I want to maintain my strength so I am still doing some resistance stuff but not too much.
