		<description>@Brittany  You should check with you doctor and see what he/she suggests.  Personally I don&#039;t do Roll up/V up or Leg Climbs in Ab Ripper X.  I do some planks and crunches instead.  Good rule of thumb is if it causes pain then don&#039;t do it.

		<description>Hi! i just started p90x to get toned and skinny for my wedding. but i have a deep curvature in my back, plus a very lax stomach from having 2 kids, one is 8 months,and so it puts a LOT of pressure on my sacral joint, causing me a lot of lower back pain. i was wondering if there were any specific moves i shouldn&#039;t do or some i should focus on? i am doing the lean version.
