When I did P90X, day 2 with Plyo was by far the hardest workout. My body was always sore after doing new workouts for the first time but....this one nearly killed me.

I missed the part where Tony says not to over do it and I put everything I had into keeping up with him the entire workout. Needless to say, the next day my legs were so sore that it hurt to sit and stand for a week! No lie...it was brutally painful the day after.

What I am trying to say is, take it easy the first time around to see how well your body does...don't do what I did unless you want serious muscles aches. But after that 1st workout, I was fine throughout the rest of the program.
