Shakeology is So Expensive! Really?

Is Shakeology expensive?Shakeology is so expensive!!! So I was at Zerbo’s health food store to day picking up a few things with the family and I decided to go and check out the smoothie bar.  Boy was I shocked! They had smoothies ranging from $2.50 to $6.84 a piece and none of them were even close in ingredients to Shakeology. If you really want to dig into Shakeology be sure to read the Shakeology book. Shakeology is $119.95 for 30 servings and if you purchase individual packets then you get 24 servings.  Is that too expensive?  Well, I guess that is relative to how important nutrition is too you. Personally, Shakeology is my gas (no pun intended). When gas goes up in price I still buy it. Why? P90X2 Chest+Back+BalanceP90X2 Chest+Back+Balance.  So you are checking out the the P90X2 work outs and you are wondering what to expect with P90X2 Chest+Back+Balance? Let me just say this, I have been mixing up P90X, Asylum and Insanity for the last 2 years and this work out still made me sore. P90X2 Chest+Back+Balance even made my abs sore.  Not exactly sure what moves made my abs sore but they are.  I love the variety that this work out brings to the table.  This takes the traditional P90X Chest and Back and puts a whole new spin on it. Push-ups on balls, impossible push-up varied grip pull ups, yes, yes, yes…. Bring It.  My chest and abs are sore and my triceps are a little sore.  This is not your every day work out.  You will need some strength to get through all of these moves.  Just holding yourself up on medicine balls will be a work out for some of you if you are not used to it. Bottom line for me is different is good. I really enjoy P90X and doing P90X2 really mixes things up so so far I am a fan.

P90X2 Balance and PowerP90X2 Balance and Power. So you are wondering what you get with P90X2 Balance and Power? First off let me just say that the title of this work out definitely gives you a clue :-) . If your balance is weak then P90X2 Balance and Power will be tough for you.  This work out forces you to improve your balance.  I love the new moves and they are definitely what I am not used to from doing P90X. I guess a good way to describe this first phase would be to call it methodical and precise. These movements are choreographed to make you stronger in your weakest areas. You will definitely break a sweat with P90X2 Balance and Power but from a way that is different then what you are used to coming from the first P90X.
