Well first off let me tell you that P90X2 Yoga is only 67 minutes and 03 seconds and it is going to feel good after P90X2 Total Body and P90X2 Ab Ripper.. So for some of you I know you will be happy because some people did not like doing Yoga X for and 1 1/2 hours,  If you have done P9x then you will do just fine with X2 Yoga. There are definitely some new moves and more engaging of the core and before you blink you will be done with Yoga X2 and feeling relaxed.

P90X2 Total BodyP90X2 Total Body. So you are wondering what you can expect with P90X2 Total Body?  Let me be clear about one thing, P90X2 Total Body is tough and you will be sore some where tomorrow no matter what you were doing before your started P90X2.  There are some advanced moves in this work out and they are awesome.  This is the type of work out I was expecting with P90x2. I must say, I love the Push-ups side arm balance on a medicine ball and crunchy lever pull-ups.  These are 2 moves that I probably never would have done if it were not for P90X2.  I have tried lever pull-ups before and they are extremely tough. The crunchy lever pull-ups will definitely help with just lever pull ups. I definitely give this work out the thumbs up and so far this is my favorite and most challenging.  I am only in the 1st phase so I am pretty sure they are going to get tougher. I sure am glad I could get  in a little massage yesterday with P90X2Recovery + Mobility.  That really loosened things up and made me feel good prior to this work out.

Push-ups Side Arm Balance on Medicine Ball- Just a little caveat here.  Be careful when you do this move.  Doing push-up is one thing and I know you can do side arm balance but doing a push up into side arm balance on a medicine ball is a totally different story. Watch yourself and take it easy in the beginning.

P90X2 Recovery + MobilityP90X2 Recovery plus Mobility. So you are wondering what to expect with P90X2 Recovery plus Mobility?  First off let me say this so we can get it out of the way. The P90X2 Schedule says you can rest or you can do P90X2 Recovery + Mobility.  As far as I am concerned this should not be an option.  Do yourself a favor and get a Rumble Roller if you did not order the P90X2 Ultimate pack and do this work out. (Rumble roller comes with the P90X2 Ultimate Pack) My left glute was totally sore after doing P90X2 Plyocide and I almost used the next day as a rest day instead of doing P90X2 Recovery + Mobility.  Let me tell you, I did the work out and I am glad I did. That Rumble Roller totally made my glute feel better and I really love it on my back as well.  I used it everywhere but those were my 2 favorite spots. Let me be clear that this is the very first time I have ever used anything like this and it is definitely worth it. I am giving myself a massage with out spending the $65 per hour. So don’t skip this work out.  Try it and if for some reason you don’t like it (doubt it) then you can take a break next week.

P90X2 PlyocideP90X2 Plyocide. So you are wondering what to expect with P90X2 Plyocide? Loved P90X2 Core so what should Plyocide be any different. Well let me just say I am in pretty good shape after doing several rounds of P90x, Insanity and Insanity: The Asylum and this was still an awesome work out. My left glute is super sore for some reason. Not the right, just the left. Weird!  P90X2 Plyocide is definitely challenging and with different moves from the original P90X.  I love incorporating the medicine ball and the stability ball into my work outs. Also, let me say Holy Foam Roller! You will use this more in P90X2 Recovery and Mobility but let me just tell you that I will be implementing this roller into my regiment forever. I have the foam roller that came with the P90X2 Ultimate kit so it has the little nobs on it and boy can you feel them. I have to believe that there is a huge difference between this roller and the standard roller which has no nobs on it. Needless to say after 3 days I am a fan. (Of P90X2 and the foam roller :-)

I love that feeling of having new work outs to do.  I can’t wait to move on tomorrow to the next P90X2 work out which is P90X2 Total Body and P90X2 Ab Ripper.

P90X2 X2 Core- What to Expect with P90X2 X2 Core

P90X2 X2 CoreP90X2 X2 Core.  What can you expect with X2 core? The funny thing is when on started the P90X exercise program for the first time I was totally sore the next day from P90X Chest and Back.  I wasn’t sure what to expect with P90X2 and I thought it was a little strange that P90X2 started out with a core workout where P90X started out with a ton of push ups and pull ups. It is clear with that the first phase of P90X2 was designed to “create a solid attachment to the earth”. Makes total sense to me but this is one of the ways that P90X2 is different than P90X. P90X2 starts with building a strong foundation then strengthening everything above your foundation in phase 2  and then taking these changes and focusing on pure performance in phase 3.

All of the moves in X2 Core are definitely more challenging and require more balance and stability. If you have done P90X this will be a nice change for you. I can already tell that these moves will make you more functional in every day life.
