Shaun T Insanity: Core Cardio and BalanceDay 33 with Shaun T’s Insanity is still core cardio and balance.  I know I said I wasn’t going to write anymore about this workout since it is the same all week but I wanted to let everyone know how I was feeling.  This workout is feeling really easy now. I can get through this with no problem at all and I am looking forward to the start of next week where the workouts are supposed to get a little more intense.    I know there is nothing easy about Insanity but you definitely get a break with this recovery week.  One more day of this and then a break on Sunday and then Monday starts with another fit test and Max Interval Circuit. For some reason the work “Max” in these upcoming workouts is scaring me.  I know they are a little longer but can they really be that much harder?  Guess we will find out in 3 days.  At least I know I am ready for the challenge.

If you are wondering if you are ready for Insanity and have questions feel free to ask in the comments section below and I would be happy to share what I know about Insanity with you.
