Insanity Max Interval PlyoToday was day 37 with Shaun T’s Insanity which was Max Interval Plyo.  Once again this one was pretty tough.  A lot more push-ups today.  I have to tell you, those 30 second breaks just don’t cut it.  I have always had a bad habit of taking too much time between exercises.  I guess Insanity and having done P90X have helped me break this habit.  It is nice to be able to pop in a DVD and just get it done.  It’s very different than going to the gym and waiting around for machines and shooting the breeze with other people there. P90X was the first workout DVD I have ever done and now Insanity is the second and I have to say that I really prefer this method over trying to find time to drive to the gym.  It really is amazing how challenging these workouts are.  If you are looking to push yourself then you should really give Insanity your attention for the next 60 days.
