Shaun T Insanity Day 38: Max Cardio Conditioning
Day 38 with Shaun T’s Insanity is Max Cardio Conditioning. Does this insane workout ever get easier? Doesn’t look like it. This one really hits your already tired glutes and hamstrings. My girlfriend keeps telling me that I don’t have a butt so maybe after my next 4 weeks with Shaun T there might be a little something there. (LOL) Today’s workout was less than an hour but it still kicked your butt. I was also able to do a few sets on the weights before hand but I did take it easy since I didn’t want to use up all of my energy.
Once again, if you are a beginner Insanity is not for you. (yet) You will have to work your way up to this challenge but I am sure you can do it. One of the hardest parts about starting a new workout program is just “Getting Started”. Now go and pick yourself up a great Beachbody workout and start your fitness journey.
