Shaun T Insanity Day 57: Max Interval Plyo

Day 57 with Shaun T’s Insanity is Max Interval Plyo and let me tell you, I am extremely happy that I only have to do this workout one more time. This workout is as tough as they get. It did seem a little more bearable today but it is still really tough, especially when you are pushing yourself really hard. Looks like I have 6 more workouts with Shaun T and then I will be able to say that I am truly “insane”. (kidding) These workout were great and I feel really good but I am looking forward to hitting the weights again. I am sure I have lost some pull up strength and maybe some back muscle strength but it shouldn’t take much to get back to where I was when I finished my first round of P90X. I will be mixing these two workouts together in the future so stay tuned to see how it goes. I already know it is going to be fun. Variety always makes your workouts more fun and of course great results help to.
