Can Shakeology help with Fibromyalgia? First thing I want to say it that I know what having chronic pain is like. I do not have fibromyalgia but I did suffer from chronic back pain for months until I eventually decided that surgery was the only way to get rid of the problem. I know the 2 are not comparable but the the way business and big pharma try to take advantage of people with chronic pain are very comparable. I would have done anything to stop my back pain. I would have paid any amount money but I really was scared to death of back surgery. I went to 4 different chiropractors, multiple doctors and I even made a visit to an acupuncturist. Shakeology is so expensive!!! So I was at Zerbo’s health food store to day picking up a few things with the family and I decided to go and check out the smoothie bar. Boy was I shocked! They had smoothies ranging from $2.50 to $6.84 a piece and none of them were even close in ingredients to Shakeology. If you haven’t checked out the Shakeology ingredients list then maybe you should take a look. Chocolate Shakeology ingredient list. Greenberry Shakeology list. If you really want to dig into Shakeology be sure to read the Shakeology book. Shakeology is $119.95 for 30 servings and if you purchase individual packets then you get 24 servings. Is that too expensive? Well, I guess that is relative to how important nutrition is too you. Personally, Shakeology is my gas (no pun intended). When gas goes up in price I still buy it. Why? Jeff Ochoa Attends the 2011 Beachbody Leadership Conference at Laguna Cliffs CA

Jeff Ochoa attends the Beachbody leadership conference in California!!! Sounds kind of funny writing in 3rd person but it is good for Google. When I am searched for this post should come up on the first page as well as my other stuff.

First let me say that Beachbody once again has put on an awesome event that was second to none. Beachbody chose a great location in sunny southern California at the Laguna Cliffs resort in Dana point. Thursday night was kicked off with an awesome outside reception where we had a chance to mingle with other Beachbody coaches and Beacbody corporate people like Carl Daikeler, John Congdon, Brett Blake, Michael Neimand and Jeff Hill. All of these guys are great and listened with an open mind.

Friday morning (7:00 am) kicked off with a RevAbs work out with Brett Hoebel followed by breakfast and Shakeology. Brett Hoebel rocked it and I am sure the whole resort could hear us and the bumping music. Booooty time!!!!! LOL When breakfast was finished we only had about 20 minutes to shower and then get to the training which ran for the remainder of the day with a lunch break. There was also another yoga work out with Brett Hoebel after training for those that wanted to attend.Carl Daikeler and the guys also made themselves available for questions and pictures for a while too.

Saturday morning kicked off at 6:30 and with a P90X2 Yoga work out. They gave us a P90X2 yoga mat so that was cool and the work out was awesome. It was only about 65 minutes which I like a lot better than the 90 minutes of Yoga X in P90X. Off to breakfast after, quick shower and then more training for the rest of the day. The evening consisted of a 50′s themed “Good Vibrations” bash. They had a band, dance floor, good food and drink. A great time was had by all.

Sunday was departures. Long trip back to Michigan.

Shakeology is too expensive. I have been hearing this a bit much lately and I just want to give my opinion on the price of Shakeology. So, is Shakeology too expensive? No, but in this economy everything seems expensive. When I was in LA last week I ordered some chicken and vegetables for dinner one of the nights I was there. I looked down at the plate and thought to myself, I am paying $22 bucks for this meal and it doesn’t even come close to the nutrition that is in Shakeology. The protein content was about the same but other than that I don’t think they were even close nutrition wise. This is why Shakeology is not too expensive. If you paid for nutrition instead of quantity of food on your plate then you would understand this concept. I challenge anybody to try and get the nutrition that is in Shakeology for less than $4 bucks a glass. Heck, if you are replacing your lunch with Shakeology you will most likely be saving money since most people spend more than $4 bucks at Subway, Taco Bell or where ever.

Looks at your meals and think of them as fuel and nutrition. This will help you see things in a whole new light. Don’t eat just to get full. How many servings do you get with Shakeology for $119.95? There are 2 flavors of Shakeology and there are two different packages of Shakeology. Does Shakeoogy taste good? I often get this question from people looking to try Shakeology. What does Shakeology taste like? Does it taste good? Do you think I will like Shakeology?

The only thing I can tell you is what I think and what Shakeology taste like to me. Taste varies from person to person. What you like I may not and vice versa. Personally, I love both flavors of Shakeology, Greenberry and Chocolate. In the beginning I preferred Greenberry but now I prefer the Chocolate flavor. Why the shift? I have no idea.
