This week was pretty much the same as Body Beast week 5 for me. The workouts consisted of  Body Beast Bulk: Legs, Body Beast Bulk: Arms, Body Beast Bulk: Chest, Body Beast Bulk: Shoulders, Body Beast Bulk: Back and Beast Abs. I definitely feel myself getting stronger and I am up to about 178 lbs now. I still can’t believe that I have gained this much weight. I was eating a lot when I was doing P90X and didn’t gain this kind of weight so it is either the supplements or the way these sets are arranged. (Maybe it’s both) Either way, all I can say is this program works. If you want to bulk up you definitely will.  I have 3 more weeks left of this phase and then it is on to the Beast Phase where I will cut back down to about 2400-2500 calories a day. I am curious to see how many of these pounds come off during the Beast Phase. Once again I want to say how much I like doing 30-40 minute workouts.  Amazing how much work you get in during that short amount of time. I am still taking the Fuel Shot, Creatine, Super Suma and Base Shake every day and pretty much getting in all of my 2900 calories every day as well. Yes, I still drink my Shakeology every day as well. That is just one of those things I do daily, just like working out.
