(great value)–   Well this is the last week of the Bulk phase and it is on to the Beast phase. This Bulk phase was six weeks long and I really enjoyed the shorter workouts. 35-45 minutes is definitely different than 55-65 minutes. These shorter workouts will make it easier to create a hybrid with some sort of 2-a-days once I’m done with these initial 90 days of Body Beast. This week consisted of the same workouts as the previous 5 weeks,  Body Beast Bulk: Legs, Body Beast Bulk: Arms, Body Beast Bulk: Chest, Body Beast Bulk: Shoulders, Body Beast Bulk: Back and Beast Abs. Only 3weeks left and I think I am going to write 1 post to encompass those 3 weeks as it seems that my post are getting a little redundant. A couple things I can say for sure are I am stronger, I have put on some weight (about 13 pounds so far) and I have gained inches. This is the goal with Body Beast and it is definitely happening. If you are looking to bulk up then Body Beast is for you.  I am still eating about 2900 calories a day and taking all 4 of the Body Beast supplements, Fuel Shot, Base shake, Super Suma and Creatine.
These have now been replace by the new and improved Beachbody Performance line.
