Shaun T Insanity Day 29: Core Cardio and Balance

Shaun T Insanity: Core Cardio and BalanceDay 29 with Shaun T’s Insanity is Core Cardio and Balance and I must say it wasn’t too bad.  Probably because this week is a recovery week.  We do the same workout six times this week.  When I say this workout wasn’t that bad, don’t get me wrong, it is still a workout just not as hard as the previous workouts.  This workout feels good for a recovery workout and my body could use some rest so I’ happy.  I am even going to lay off the weights this week as well and take it easy.  For someone just starting out this workout would be a good one for you until you can work your way up to the others.

I have been reading about the next group of workouts and it sounds like the next 4 weeks are going to be even tougher then the past 4 weeks. Geez, sounds like fun.  I am getting tired just thinking about it.  That’s OK though, I’m up for the challenge. These Insanity workouts are really feeling good.  It is a great feeling every time I finish one up.  I am not going to bore you with posting about the same workout every day but I will take some Insanity 30 day results pictures tomorrow or the next day.  I am not expecting to see any huge changes since I was already in pretty good shape and I didn’t want to lose any weight but we will see.  That’s the nice thing about pictures, they never lie.(unless you are a photoshop guru)
