Wow! Day 2 with Shaun T’s Insanity is the Plyometric Cardio Circuit. Nice burn today. I am really glad that I was kind of prepared for this workout since I have been doing P90X Plyometrics twice a week prior to starting Insanity. Today was tough and as the workout went on it seemed to get harder an harder. Think about doing suicide sprints. That’s the kind intensity the whole workout has. I must say it really felt good and it is a nice switch from what I have been doing. Variety keeps working out fun and I am looking forward to putting together a P90X/Insanity hybrid at the end of this.
If you are looking for information on Insanity and still wondering if it is for you I again want to stress that this workout routine is not for the beginner. Definitely get a physical and check with your doctor prior to starting Insanity. This is different than P90X, with P90X you can do modified moves and slow the pace a little. With Insanity your heart is always pumping at a very high rate and your breaks are short and few and far between. So if you really like to challenge yourself and you are already pretty fit then definitely give Insanity a go. Just click on the banner below to get started today!

So you keep hearing all of these good thing about Shakeology and you are wondering where to get it. Well you are in luck because you can get it right from this site or just go to buy Shakeology and watch a video that will tell you what Shakeology is all about. Shakeology is only offered through Beachbody coaches and can not be found in stores or anywhere else and it just so happens that I loved P90X so much that I decided to become a Beachbody coach.
Shakeolgy comes in 3 different flavors. Chocolate, Vegan Tropical Straberry and Greenberry. I must say that I like them both but I am partial to the Chocolate flavor. Not sure why, it is just really different tasting. If you are a chocolate person then just go with the chocolate as it is really good as well. I mix mine with rice milk and have tried it with water but I definitely prefer it with the rice milk.
Best part is if you purchase Shakeology on home direct you will get Super Discount shipping and a link to the Shakeology workout videos
There are over 70 ingredients in Shakeology and it also has either 15 or 17 grams of protein per serving. To try and piece this drink together would cost you a fortune. If you use this shake instead if eating lunch you will definitely cut your calories, save money and lose weight. If you stick with the Shakeology workouts this will speed up your weight loss and get you in better shape.
I don’t want to bore you with typing out all of the ingredients and trying to sell you on it so if you want to take a look at the ingredients just go to Shakeology and watch the video. Click on buy Shakeology and you will be taken to a page where you will be able to see the list of ingredients.
Any questions about Shakeology just leave a comment or send me an email. Be sure to check out “What is Shakeology?”

It is already a known fact that diet and exercise is the tandem for an efficient fat loss program. However, there sometimes comes a time when you hit that plateau and find yourself lost in your regimen. You see no results despite your efforts and find yourself stuck in the non-progressive struggle. As you experience this, you might have overlooked the following three factors which are keys to effectively lose body fat.
First of the factors is the lack of sleep. Various studies have presented that people who get a healthy amount of sleep, which meant having seven to nine hours of sleep, had a less likelihood of gaining weight and were able to burn body fat better. On the other hand, lack of sleep has been associated with hormonal imbalances that would result to an increase hunger. Moreover, the exhaustion from lack of sleep tends to make you less interested to workout and eat healthy due to the mental effects that cause you to be cranky and depressed. Hence, it is important that you get enough sleep to facilitate your goal of losing some fat.
The next factor to consider is stress. Too much stress has been linked to weight gain, as many studies have shown. Moreover, the weight gain consisted more of a gain in belly fat, due to the increase in the level of the hormone called cortisol, which is responsible for the control of appetite. Stress causes such a rise in the hormone level. As a result, you will tend to have increased cravings of comfort foods that are mostly rich in fat and sugars. You must then learn to manage your stress in order for you to not reach a point when it becomes extremely harmful to your health.
Lastly, another important factor is calories in liquid forms. This is a category often ignored by many when organizing their diet plans. Aside from the food you eat, the beverage you drink can also be responsible for your fat deposits. The most common offender is alcohol. Beer, sweet mixed drinks, hard liquor, and even wine, which is considered the least of all these evils, can make your weight rise to extraordinary levels, especially when consumed during night time. Sodas and other juices bring the same results as well. In watching your diet, you must never forget to include liquid calories in your count because this just might be the factor that is hurting you fat loss regimen. Always remember that you always have a healthy, non-caloric alternative – water.
