Day 30 Insanity Results Pictures
Here are my day 30 Insanity results pictures. Most of the changes I can only tell you about and you can not see from these pictures. My heart feels really good and I feel really good in general. I have lost a little more in my waist which is exactly what I was trying to do. These next 4 weeks are going to be really interesting since the workouts are a lot harder. I really haven’t lost any weight and I am not trying to. I have been eating clean probably about 85% of the time.(Damn enchiladas supremas) I do feel like I have lost some strength in my upper body since with Insanity you only use your body weight as resistance. Prior to Insanity I had completed P90X and there is more resistance training with the P90X exercises. I am actually looking forward to merging these 2 workouts and creating an Insanity/P90X hybrid.

I don’t see any changes…you gotta dig deeper dude…
It almost looks like you where a little bit more fit before you started. Maybe you should stop the insanity. It doesn’t look like it is doing squat for you. LOL. Try going to the gym and doing a bench press.
Thanks for the inspiring comment Matt. I had been doing P90X prior to starting Insanity so my muscle definition was probably more at that time. I wanted to do Insanity so I could have a reference point to explain it to people and also to burn some more belly fat which Insanity did. Insanity is definitely an extreme cardio workout. Oh yeah, I do bench press by the way, just not during Insanity. I would choose P90X over the gym any day. It saves me about $1000 bucks a year by working out at home.
