What Equipment is Needed to Use BODi (Beachbody On Demand?

There are workouts to fit every scenario. That are a ton of workouts that only require that you show up and use your own body weight. You will be surprised how much gravity makes you work!

There are also many workouts from the library that use a step, resistance bands, dumbbells, a pull up bar, a yoga block, an agility ladder, slides, a sandbag or a yoga mat. Yes, the workouts use these items but you can get by with just some dumbbells for almost every program in the library.

How Long  are BODi (Beachbody) Workouts?

BODi (Beachbody) workouts last anywhere from 5 minutes to 90 minutes. (actually the only workout I can think of that is 90 minutes is P90X Yoga X) The 5er workouts were recently added and designed to give you a little something extra in 5 minutes after your main workout. For the most part the average length of a Beachbody workout is around 30 minutes.

Can you Download the BODi (Beachbody) Workouts to your Phone or Tablet?

Yes, if you are going to be in an area with no WiFi or internet connection you can download your workouts. When you are inside the app and viewing the workouts from your chosen program just look to the right. You will see a little download button. Choose which workouts you want to download and then just hit the download button on each one. They will be saved to your phone or tablet.

When you are done or need to free up some space just hit the little icon that appears in place of the download button and your download will be removed from your phone or tablet.

How Many Calories Does a BODi  (Beachbody) Workout Burn?

There is no “set in stone” number of calories that you will burn per workout as there are a number of factors to consider but Beachbody estimates that you will burn between 400-700 calories per hour.

This number is just an estimate and it is always best to focus on an awesome nutrition plan to go along with your workouts. Beachbody has to great programs to help you with your nutrition, The Portion Fix Approach and The 2B Mindset Approach.

What Devices is BODi (Beachbody On Demand) Available on?

Personally, we use a Roku stick to get out workouts on our TVs but you can also use an Amazon Firestick, Chromecast or Apple TV. You just download the app, as you would on your phone and log in and you are all set. You can also access BOD from your phone, tablet, pc and laptop. You can use your web browser with your laptop or pc.
