  30 days in the books with Body Beast and I must say I am impressed. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started and I didn’t like the name “Body Beast” but I am still glad I decided to give this program a go.  I have gained about 10 pounds to put me at 175 and this is the most I have ever weighed. I have been doing a  lot of eating and trying to stick to the 2900-3000 calories a day that the nutrition guide says to eat. I have also been taking the suggested Body Beast supplements, Super Suma, Fuel Shot, Base Shake and Creatine. (And of course I am still drinking my Shakeology every day)

Below are my Body Beast 30 day results pictures.  Keep in mind I was in pretty good shape before I started this program. I have been doing a hybrid of P90X, Insanity and Asylum. Also keep in mind I am no photographer. The 30 day pic was taken at a closer angle than the day 1 pic. Personally, I think I look the same just 10 pounds heavier but I that is the goal in this phase.

People always wonder why I stress the importance of taking before pictures and measurements, well, this is the best way to track your results. The scale doesn’t always tell the whole picture.  Here is how to take your proper measurements when staring a new workout. One of the other things I noticed is that my right arm is about .25 inches smaller than my left arm. I find that kind of strange since I am right handed but I will do a couple extra reps on my right arm to see if I can even it out. My left leg is also stronger than my right leg. Weird but I guess it is what it is. I am thinking that this program should even things about a bit more.
