Well I am almost 30 days into this Body Beast program and I still have to say that I am really like these workouts. My glutes are still very sore from Body Beast Bulk Legs two days ago but other than that every thing is going good. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from Bulk Arms but I must say my arms are on fire right now after this workout. You work your bi’s and your tri’s and believe me, you will feel it when you are done.

Force Set
- Wide EZ Bar Curl 5 reps, 5 reps, 5 reps, 5 reps, 5 reps
Single Set

Progressive Set

65 more days to go and I have already seen some changes with Body Beast. I’m up about 10 pounds and I know it can’t continue like think so I will just stick to the plan and see where I end up. Still taking my Body Beast supplements, Fuel Shot, Base Shake, Creatine and Super Suma and I am running low so I will be placing another order here in a couple minutes.
