This might be the first time that I completely did a workout that is all focused on the shoulders. I have done P90X Shoulders and Arms and P90X Chest, Shoulders and Triceps but never just the shoulders alone like this. P90X has definitely prepared me for this Body Beast shoulders workout but I still think I will feel a little sore in the shoulders tomorrow.  Once again I am truly surprised and liking this program very much.  Like I said before it is always a good thing to mix up your workout routine. When I first ordered the Body Beast workout program I wasn’t sure what to expect.  The name kind of turned me off but I just decided to give it a go.  I’m glad I ordered it.  I know this is only day 4 but all is good so far. So my biceps are still sore from Body Beast Build: Back and Bis and my legs are still sore from Body Beast Build: Legs. Once again this workout is a little shorter as Body Beast Build: Shoulders is only 38 minutes long but don’t let the time fool you because you are working for everyone of those minutes. Expect more giant sets, super sets and a single set.

What you Need for Body Beast Build: Shoulders

  • Bench or Stability Ball
  • EZ Curl Bar w/Weighted Plates and Spring Collars (optional)
  • Weights
  • Worksheets and Pen
  • Water and Towel

  • Warm Up

Single Set

  • Shoulders Press 15 reps, 12 reps, 8 reps, 8 reps

Super Set

  • Lateral Raise 15 reps, 12 reps, 8 reps
  • Upright Row 15 reps, 12 reps, 8 reps, 8 reps

Giant Set

  • EZ Bar Underhand Press 15 reps, 12 reps, 8 reps
  • 1,1,2 Front Raise 15 reps, 12 reps, 8 reps
  • Rear Delt Raise 15 reps, 12 reps, 8 reps

Super Set

  • Standing Dumbbell Shrug 15 reps, 12 reps, 8 reps, 8 reps
  • Dumbbell Scap Trap 15 reps, 12 reps, 8 reps

Super Set

  • Sagi Six-Way
  • Tuck and Roll

Cool Down and Stretch

Once again I made all of my calories and I really feel like I am eating a lot but I will trust the program for the next 90 day.  I also took all four Body Beast supplements Fuel Shot, Base Shake, Super Suma and Creatine which you can get with your Body Beast workout if you choose.
