Finally, the last phase of Body Beast which is called the Beast Phase.  The difference with this phase is you cut back on the calories so you are not eating as much, Beast Cardio is added back in to the routine and the workouts are a combination of the Body Beast Build phase and the Body Beast Bulk Phase. The workouts in this phase vary from week to week. Week 10 consists of Body Beast Build: Chest and Tris, Body Beast Bulk: Legs, Body Beast Build: Back and Bis, Beast Cardio, Beast Abs, Body Beast Bulk: Arms and Body Beast Build: Shoulders.

I can already feel a couple pounds coming off after this week. It’s amazing what dropping 500-600 calories will do for your body. One things is for sure , I was spoiled with the short Bulk phase workouts. Once you get back into the Build Phase workout they are all a little longer. Nothing over an hour though.

I am sticking to the nutrition plan and still taking all 4 Body Beast supplements which are Super Suma, Fuel Shot, Creatine and the Hardcore Base Shake. It is definitely easier for me to eat 2400 calories vs 2900 calories. 🙂 At least now I know what to do if I ever want to pack on 13 pounds or more. Like I said in a previous post, this is the most I have ever weighed but I know I will drop some pounds during this phase. I am going to be happy to drop a few of these pounds but I will not be dropping all of them.
