Shaun T Insanity Day 39: Max Recovery

Shaun T's Insanity: Max RecoveryDay 39 with Shaun T’s Insanity is Max Recovery. Don’t let the name fool you because it says recovery.  It is still a little difficult in it’s own unique way. It is a nice break from all of the heavy breathing and insane cardio but you are still holding poses and doing push-ups.  If you are not a fan of push-ups then you might not get along with this workout very well.  I think I might have needed a break from all of the heavy breathing so now I will really be ready to “Dig Deep” for tomorrow.  We also did a short run of about a mile and a half since it was just too nice out to stay in.

There is one sequence during this workout that really gets your legs pretty good.  You go into a plie squat stance and do some various poses and movements from that stance.  It is pretty tough and you will definitely feel the burn in your legs and glutes.  My hamstrings were still sore from Max Interval Circuit and Max Interval Plyo but I made it through without buckling.
