Two thousand and five was the year when big box gyms and rows upon rows of free weights and cardio equipment reigned supreme. In the same year, Tony Horton, author, former actor, and fitness trainer, introduced P90X to the ravenous workout world. Power 90 Extreme or P90X is a vigorous workout program that became the rage right away at that time with 11 million DVD copies sold.
