Let me just say this, I have been mixing up P90X, Asylum and Insanity for the last 2 years and this work out still made me sore. P90X2 Chest+Back+Balance even made my abs sore.  Not exactly sure what moves made my abs sore but they are.  I love the variety that this work out brings to the table.  This takes the traditional P90X Chest and Back and puts a whole new spin on it. Push-ups on balls, impossible push-up varied grip pull ups, yes, yes, yes…. Bring It.  My chest and abs are sore and my triceps are a little sore.  This is not your every day work out.  You will need some strength to get through all of these moves.  Just holding yourself up on medicine balls will be a work out for some of you if you are not used to it. Bottom line for me is different is good. I really enjoy P90X and doing P90X2 really mixes things up so so far I am a fan.
